5. Returns and Cancellations

6. Liability

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

The customer is responsible for verifying that all delivery information is correct and complete at the time of purchase.

Any request to change a delivery address must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation.

Sakura & Hina Tokyo cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, consequential losses or delays resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
